The Artist here is Tony Mortellaro { signed) The work is excellent, but he did most of his work for Timely/Atlas so
CB+ has very little of it.
He also seems to have spent more time inking others than pencilling, which seems a shame looking at how good this work is.
The only brief info on him, which I found on 3 sites seems to come from an Atlas/Timely database.

#2 and #3 are signed Andru and Esposito - and I'm not sure they weren't involved in issue one. And # 4 iis signed "Walther T Johnwson Studios"
