Notes1953 - 400 dpi cover to cover scan. Featuring four horror stories, one original and three reprints from other St. John books, but modified for 3-D. Two are by Joe Kubert. This scan comes in three versions, original 3-D, black and white from the red plate, and black and white from the blue plate. Due to the nature of 3-D books, the artwork in the red and blue plates are slightly different from one another.

Seeing these in b&w allows us to appreciate how good the artwork is. The second Joe Kubert story is one of the best things he did during this period, and that's saying something. Nice Bagnoli art as well.
