Thanks Yoc, good scan. However, quibbles! Page #1 comes up as page 2 and the last page as page #1. Also this is copy 2 but the index card doesn't state that. Cheers!

The comic "interlaced" ghost effect is fun with the erased parallel lines. I wonder if that was "the first time" this was used historically.

Hi guys, I'm gald you all seem to enjoy the upgraded edit of this book. Sorry about the page order problem here on CB+. I shows fine on DCM as well as on CDisplay. I should have renamed all the pages to avoid the problem. Lesson learned.
