Thanks, Superscan, for uploading this great old book, with one of Milt Stein's and Richard Hughes' best, most innovative stories. Now I need only 3 more issues to complete this series. |
|
Unfortunately, I have tried to download this file 4 times, and every time it stopped downloading short of finishing, giving a message "This File Is Corrupted. Maybe it would help if someone could check to see what was wrong in the upload configuration, so it can be downloaded successfully? |
|
Perhaps I've read too much of Hughes' work--as I certainly remember seeing the phrase "killer diller thriller" in ACG. |
|
Robb,
I just downloaded this successfully in under 30 seconds, then paged through the whole download to make sure it was all there. It was.
I have found that at times, Antivirus or privacy add-ons in the browser will give messages like this.
I believe some of these apps can be weaponized against certain web-sites and block them for other reasons other than malware. And give excuses for doing so.
I have had this happen when I try to download from sites I have been successfully downloading from for years.
If that's what the problem is, if you find the offending app you can usually re- configure it. |
