NotesNice 68p c2c copy. Credit to the original scanner. Not actually a one-shot; there were two issues, although #2 has yet to be indexed at comics.org. Packaged by Harry A. Chesler, this was a Remington Morse title, like Mirth of a Nation, Riggin' Bill and Yankee Comics, already listed on site also under Chesler-Dynamic.

First LineAs terrified construction workers watch, the huge flood gates of the nearly-completed Biskra High Dam mysteriously open!
NotesThe fictional *"Biskra High Dam"* existing in 1962 (the year of this story) is likely based upon Egypt's *"Aswan High Dam"* across the Nile River, which began construction in 1960. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aswan_Dam

Biskra is an actual city in Algeria, the use of which in the story creates a "real-world sense" of being in the same region as Egypt. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biskra

First LineAt the edge of space, an experimental satellite beams signals to create weather conditions on the Earth beneath...
NotesThis story echoes *"The Amazing Story of Superman-Red and Superman-Blue"* from Superman (DC, 1939 Series) #162 (July 1963) https://www.comics.org/issue/17762/ but would seem too close together in publication to this issue's March 1963 cover date to be much more than a coincidence.
