NotesPreviously tentatively attributed to Bob Powell, but unlike issue #2 this is definitely not Powell. Joe Simon's "My LIfe in Comics" gives Simon as the artist on the first three (which is likely true for #1 and #3) but does not mention this issue. Henry Andrews speculates that it could be Al Avison and/or Al Gabriele (who each likely contributed to the interior art), and Jim Vadeboncoeur, Jr. agrees that it does look more like their work for Timely. This is a very tentative credit, though.
