Am I the only one for whom this file will not open?
   By
Don't know if you are the only one, but it downloads and opens for me. excellent scan too! Thanks Lyons!

It downloaded okay (twice), but after changing the file extension to .zip or .cbz, it will not open. I tried .rar and .cbr too, but no joy. Issue 33 worked just fine.

NotesThe cover artist is Richard Martin Fletcher (who does the "Jim Ellis" feature), not Richard E. Fletcher. Richard E. Fletcher later worked on the "Dick Tracy" comic strip, but it is just a coincidence that Dick Tracy appears on this cover by the "other" Richard (Dick) Fletcher. It is also possible that Fletcher didn't draw the actual Dick Tracy figure, but the rest of the cover is clearly his work.
