It's wonderful to see a collection of Walt Kuhn's bird cartoons. He had a strong presence in the old Life magazine...excellent pen and ink cartooning.

Fantastic inking from Walt Kuhn! He really knew how to make expressive characters. This amount of fine detail in inking with a brush and fountain pen is almost a lost art today, in the era of brushpens.
