This is one of the magazines "Busy" Arnold published after he got out of the comic book field. He also published short-lived crime, horror, and western digest pulps. A photo magazine he published was denied second-class mailing privileges because it was deemed "obscene."

Looks to have been printed very cheaply. Fairly limited group of artists, including girlie cartoon stalwart Stanley Rayon, Irving Hagglund, Camill, Herc-o, and McCartney (apparently one of Bill Ward's pseudonyms). Also one Bill Wenzel cartoon that somehow sneaked in there. Amazing how there are 2 or 3 basic "gag" situations which each can somehow be spun into scores of cartoons.
