GCD credits Joe Simon with the lead story but it's clearly pencilled by Paul Reinman. I'd swear Vince Colletta inked it. Speaking of inks, these are dome of the most rudimentary inks I've seen on Kirby. GCD says they're by Jack himself. At any rate they're terrible.

Story I, 'Fair Game' is a mess. Definitely Reinman Pencils, but somebody, possible Simon has touched it up, and Coletta has finished it. My Reasoning;- I have never, and I repeat never seen Paul Reinman draw women's faces that well.
Curiously, the Hair on the main character and the hat on another character are about the blackest black I have ever seen in a comic. Ink Blots. With some red in them.
The main character in 'Ashamed' has roughly the same hair style. Simon?

Story: Man Wanted - In the first frame my first thought was Jack Kirby - that's a picture torn from any 1960s Marvel comic book
