| Notes | GEM COMICS #4 is an anthology comic published by Frank Johnson Comics in February 1947 (estimated). It features the Raven by Phillip Belpin, Diana Hastings by Peter Chapman, Echo by Ron Broadley and some comedy strips by Lock and Angus Orchard. If you’re after action adventure stories in a range of settings, this one’s for you. Some pages are printed crookily, which happens a bit with Frank Johnson, but paper was scarce at the time so there was no second print to improve the presentation.
