   By The Australian Panther
Emile Mercier anticipates Mad Magazine by at least a decade, with 'SuperDooperMan. Who actually looks like 'Fearless Fosdick" by Al Capp. And the villain is 'Willie the Pooh' real name 'Eldifont Charles Magnolia William the Pooh' who lives in FWitt street! I do love me some Emile Mercier., who was still doing regular newspaper cartoons in the mid-60's. And I find myself wondsring if there actually was an ELDI Font? Thanks, Dan.
