LYONS is back and has done it again.
The problem is here is that this was obviously a larger book - A3 size (?) or larger, so here on CB+ in A4 size the printed words are very difficult to read. Most of these are narratives, so proto- comic strips.
Thanks again Lyons.
Franklin Morris Howarth (1864–1908) was an American cartoonist and pioneering comic strip artist.

To my surprise there were two cartoonists named F M Howarth. Tfhe other was an Australian 'Bulletin' cartoonist.
