NotesPUNCH PERKINS OF THE FIGHTING FLEET 15 by Virgil Reilly was published by Red Circle Press in February 1952. This is the last issue featuring “Punch” Perkins, and is technically now titled FIGHTINGFLEET COMICS. From the next issue, the comic features the Rocket Squadron.

The underwater suit Punch wears on the cover reminds me of the "junkyard heroes" period of Blackhawk, when Olaf donned an armour-like rubber suit and bounced around as the Leaper!
