| Notes | SILVER FLASH 9 by Virgil Reilly was published by Invincible Press in February 1951. Reilly is best remembered, if he’s remembered at all, for drawing very attractive young women who were referred to as ‘Virgil Girls’. But in comics, he was well regarded for nautical advetures. His Silver Flash series features a frogman hero, but Reilly recognised that a bit of variety is needed- and so we have this story where Silver Flash and bis frogmen find themselves in Roman times.
