NotesStory art by Dudley Wynne, a real veteran of girls' comics. He was active for over 30 years, and hugely prolific in just about every girls' publication you can name. He is usually regarded as rather dull, but I personally think he is underrated. His best work was characterful, flexible and expressive, with occasional surprising touches of the sinister. I think it's no accident that even at the end of his career, he was responsible for the art of two of Mandy's most popular series ("Angel" and "Valda"). I/D and info by Goof.

I agree with Goof here—Wynne’s art suits the story, which is fun, even if you have to overlook a few coincidences.
