An interesting way of bringing up a "touchy" subject.

There seems to have been a lot of energy expended creativity on warnings about this 'Touchy Subject' I believe both Disney and Warner Brothers were contracted to create cartoons on the subject. Clearly the thinking was that 'Dalliance' could put numbers of fighting men out of action, so had to be seen as a serious problem. I note that in this time of supposed 'Sexual Innocence' there was no doubt that it was a real problem. As the guy with the big ears would say, 'Fascinating!'
