| Notes | YARMAK 41 by Stanley Pitt and Frank Ashley was published March 1953 (estimated) by Young’s Merchandising. It’s a reprint of Yarmak 21 from the same publisher in July 1951. (Due to declining profitability of comics in Australia, Yarmak became a reprint title with issue 30.) The primary difference is that the cover is redrawn by a different artist (likely Paul Wheelahan) with Yarmak now facing the reader, rather than away. The cover for Yarmak 21 is included at the end of the scans of issue 41 for comparison. As well as Yarmak, the comic reprints two 1-page gag strips originally from Quality Comics’ Feature Comics (Salty Waters and Big Top).
