No credits for the artists or writers but the letterers get (or perhaps give themselves) credit?

That's interesting about the letterer credit when we don't know the writers or artists. I guess there's power in being the guy who puts the letters to the page! I guess we must conclude that the letterers didn't know who did the other work?
