NotesBy Milton Caniff this appeared in the Chicago Tribune possibly other papers. It was redrawn and hand stapled to be handed out to troops. The panels in the newspaper were a little more tame than the one for the troops. This has to be super rare. Does anyone know more about it or if any more exist?

This is a fascinating artifact. It looks like a "fannish" effort--an enterprising amateur artist redrew the panels on stencils, then had a couple dozen (?) copies run off on the camp mimeograph.

It's mentioned in IDW's Complete Terry and the Pirates volume five as being from 1943, "one of the many cartoons and posters Caniff contributed to the war effort."
