This appears to be an Australian publication. Shouldn't it be located within Our "Australian and New Zealand Comics" Section?

I see that I was jumping to conclusions based on coincidences. The use of the word, "Royal" in the product name, "Royal Guest Coffee", appears to be a commonly-used device to make a product appear prestigious (as if approved by, or the favourite of Royal members of the ruling family of The British Commonwealth Countries, and the short page count of 32 (including the cover pages, was a common total page count of many Australian comic books of the 1940s and 1950s. If it's an American publication, I assume, then, that it has 4 pages missing.

IGA, for Independent Grocers Alliance, is the name of a group of grocery stores founded in the US back in 1926. Royal guest coffee was one of their house brands. This comic would have been a store give-away, so might not have used the standard newsstand page count.

Obviously an ACE reprint, the source of which I lack the concern to cross reference.
Sure do wish I could see what the general reaction was to getting a comic book handed to you with your cuppa joe. Splat!

Note the Jim Mooney signed cover.
"Magno the Magnetic Man" is an ACE character.
