It looks like the original indexer had only the well-known coverless copy for reference and that this coverless copy was also missing the first interior wrap. The total number of pages indexed is sixty-three as the outside back cover was also not indexed. Pages 3 and 4 are probably two more pages of Joe Palooka. Pages 65 and 66 are probably two more pages of Jane Arden/Lena Pry. Page 68, the back cover is probably the Remington portable typewriter/$1.00 "beautiful desk" ad.
