Despite an amateurish cover, this is a slick production with a strong Johnstone & Cushing vibe. Could the art be by Bob Fujitani? It looks a lot like his "Doctor Solar" era work. Lettering looks like Ben Oda. Odd that the publisher had no problem with depicting bare-breasted women.
