    I have just uploaded Dime Comics #1 (Feb 1942) by Bell Features Canada, 8.55 MB, ctc.

   Direct uploaded to the Canadian Comics category.   This is a paper scan of the comic which was originally published in b&w with color covers .    It is not in any way related to Lev Gleason's two later one-shots with the same name.
