comments on SOTI collection

We are asked the question after reading them what is your opinion? Then we aren't able to give it. Could you enable a comments section on the SOTI collection please? Also this collection is in need of updating, I could name at least half a dozen comics that either weren't included or have since been added to the site after it was compiled.

That's not a bad idea.

I was hoping Mark could explain how we members might create our own collections.
(I might have missed the instructions too, if so someone please share a link and I'll follow it.)
I love the idea of this feature that's sadly been underused by members.

Collections use the same "technology" as comicmarks. This is something that I keep meaning to return to and I think I've just received the prod I needed. From what I remember I can easily convert someones comicmarks to a collection.

If anyone has any ideas about fun collections that would be REALLY great!!

Also,  there is currently no comment facility for collections. This is a great idea, which I will certainly look at. Also as a temporary fix if I get told the books that need to be altered on SOTI I'll do them!

As a by the way--I'm waiting on a copy of SOTI from a seller on amazon.ca which--checking my watch--is late in arriving. No tracking for this seller, so I hope it's coming and hasn't been sent back at the border (which does still happen in Canada). I believe this is a re-issue of the book, not the original edition.

Over the years, I've perused SOTI several times in library copies (some missing their pages) going back to when I was a teen-ager, but I have an angle I want to cover in my blog, so I thought I should have a physical copy that I can take my time reading and scanning.

IF I can actually get the book. If not, I'll have to see whether one of the local libraries still has a copy (they do tend to walk away and never come back).

Hi Mark,
I was thinking of Artist themed collections, perhaps in chronological order.
I produced a list of public domain LB Cole here as part of a salute to him a while back -
http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/forum/index.php/topic,6045.msg53967.html#msg53967

Another list of PD Alex Schomburg artwork was posted here -
http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/forum/index.php/topic,5872.0.html

These two are just off the top of my head.  Many artists and themes could be featured.
