I don't know what EHowie60 is talking about when he says "Most of them have one speculative story and then the rest is new or used Korean War stories." The *only* atomic war title I've seen where that's true is the four issues of Youthful's ATOMIC ATTACK (#5-8), which was converted from the regular war title, ATTACK. They merely added a new 8-page story set during a near-future atomic war, and the rest of the stories were ordinary war stories. The other titles... St. John's ATOM-AGE COMBAT (1952-53) and the second series of the same title from Fago Magazines (1958-59) were the real deal, with a full 32 pages of atomic war stories. The same was true of Ace Magazines' WORLD WAR III #1-2, and ATOMIC WAR! #1-4. Those titles and ACG's COMMANDER BATTLE AND THE ATOMIC SUB #1-7(1954-55), which was a lot more science-fictional/adventure, represent pretty much the entirety of the 'nuclear war stories' comics genre.
