"Doc" Kwak by Jack Bradbury is a very Disney-like Duck! Even to the 'Spats' on his feet.

Yes.  Bradbury used that style when he drew Donald and Scrooge, and all of The Disney Ducks, after also starting to draw for Western Publishing (Dell Comics), after Sangor's Studio shut down in late 1951, and ACG and Standard  cut down their Funny Animal titles and funny animal production, so he needed more clients to buy his work.
