Percy Pup in Giggle Comics #9 looks like the work of Jim Tyer.

Yep, made a note of the signature at GCD. Also identified some stories I?m pretty sure were drawn by him.

As Electricmastro stated above,  that story was drawn by Jim Tyer.  His Sangor Studio work all (or almost all of it) was collected in the 3-volume
'Jim Tyer Collection" in CB+'s Compilations section:
