 8) I found a story on this site among a horror Anthology that I would like to actually really illustrate myself I was wondering if anyone knows the rules to using the public domain at and if you are allowed to do that with these type of works. :o

Pretty simple really. Public domain means it does not belong to any company or anyone. It belongs to everyone to do with as they please.
