Crash said, ['There is a strong Will Eisner influence on many pages.'] I agree, I almost pointed that out.
I would hazard that this was one of those jobs that the original commissioned artist - for whatever reason - needed help to get out on deadline - and many hands pitched in to help. Wood got credited - and maybe paid- for the work. This happened more than is realized, I think,and is one of the elements that make identifying artists so difficult.
