As a noir fan - with its obvious golden age leanings - I thought this looked promising - a new detective series with an Asian PI:

Other than the great Charlie Chan - if you've not read the books, you really must - and Mr Moto, I guess - though he was more of a secret agent - can we think of any other Asian PIs from the golden age period - either comic book or pulp fiction?

Charlton had Louie Lou appearing in ZaZa. Not sure he should count since they were just renamed Charlie Chan stories when Charlton lost the rights.
