Can anybody identify the cover artist here?

He or she is the best artist in the book and clearly enjoyed doing 'Good girl' art, even tho this is a Girl's comic.
The cover is pretty spectacular and then we get the first panel on the next page and then the first panel on page 3. And he emphasizes the female form throughout the story. Or is it just me?
