Harvey knew how to stretch a dollar: there are a number of features in this magazine reprinted from previous Harvey comics, and it appears a lot of the single-page cartoons were re-used at least once and in some cases twice in later Harvey publications. They also throw in some text joke pages, at least one "puzzle" page, two pin-up photos (supplied free by Hollywood studios), and (on page 86 of the scan), a "connect-the-dots" page which looks like it was taken from a children's activity book! It even says "take your crayons and color the picture"!!
