You will notice down the left hand side it says,
Black Cat Mystery. This is what happened to the book when Superheroes went down in popularity and Horror comics went up in popularity.
Yes, it is Harvey. Comics were published at times under other publisher entities for business reasons, but its actually Harvey.

Wow, Black Cat pops up everywhere. I wouldn't have thought to look at this book if you hadn't said that, Panther. Not what you'd expect from the cover indeed.
