Excellent.  Not sure why they needed the expletives but funny none the less.  As a point, Color Kid, Chlorophyll Kid and Flame Thingy weren't in LSH, I'm sure they were Subs.  There must be a good number of daft origins out there, even some to beat this list.  There are a few British ones that spring to mind but let's leave them until others come up with some we might all recognise.
