The world celebrates the genius of Robert Burns today, so will it be Haggis, neeps 'n' tatties for tea tonight?

Maybe a link from us. Nothing to do with reality, but we do have Robert Burns in a comic here. How cool is that?

Very nice touch Jim!

Plus it's cool to see you are an early adopter to the new viewer features. Impressed.

Best regards,

Mark

I pay attention, Mark,
and am not so old and decrepit that I can't emulate a feature "format" that I found in your post. Though if it hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been able to use it. My first attempt only pointed to the issue, not the specific page. I had to reference your It Really Happened entry for the syntax.

Jim,

Yep I realized that as well, there is no way of seeing what the link is. Just have to know the syntax and then the page. I have to work summat out to make it a bit more intuitive.

Anyway it's haggis for me tonight, the local shop was selling them off cheap :)

Regards,
Mark

"More then ye ken know, laddies"  JVJ
Interesting use of the language.  In this part of the world, some people use "ken" as an interrogative - at the end of a sentence. (Sometimes, crudely, followed by "likesy". Or "Eh? But that's really Falkirk speak.)  "Ken" is the Scots version of know. This is lovely, reading posts in my native dialect.  And thanks for the links.  Burns was quite good, wasn't he?

As should be obvious to everyone by now, I dinna ken what I'm talkin' aboot, eh.

Sorry, Paw, I'm an inveterate mimic at times and mean no disrespect. Burns' poems are quite pretty and I'm very certain that my mother fancied them greatly.
