I was watching the 1988 version of Hairspray that was set in 1962. It took some hunting through the covers on GCD to find these mistakes.
When Tracy is sitting in the special education classroom some comics are seen behind her. They are Little Archie 70 from 1972 and Archie's Pals 'n' Gals from 1988 when the movie was made.
