An excellent quartet of stories. The first story marks the return of the Lieutenant Marvels, and is a much better story than their disappointing debut. For one thing, they get to act like a team for this story, and there's some more fun with Sivana and Beautia. The second story marks the debut of Adolf Hitler in a Captain Marvel story. Even 70 years later, it's still so satisfying to watch Cap kick Nazi ass. Cap telling Hitler that he'll meet his end in good time feels very prescient. The third tale is more Nazis, but without the presence of Hitler. The final tale is a traditional gangster story, enlivened by an honest DA, and a reformed crook, Beefy, with his many Cap-induced nose jobs.
