The issue appears to be missing more than just the 2 pages from Charlie Chan. There is no Skyman either. Big Shot #41 and Big Shot #43 were 68 page comic books and both had Skyman.

Thanks for calling that to my attention.  I'll be on the lookout for a full copy.
ETA:  According to both Keltner's Index and the GCD, Skyman does NOT appear in this issue.  But it is a 60-pager.
ETA AGAIN:  What we're apparently missing is 2 pages of Joe Palooka, all of Bo and Hollywood Husband, 3 pages of Charlie Chan, and 5 of Captain Yank.
