There are Wikipedia pages for Conkers, Marbles, Rounders, Hopscotch,and Leapfrog (which is what "Cut Foot and Glide" resembles, judging by the picture.

The other games may well be unknown to most Americans,.

"Hunch, Cuddy, Hunch" looks like another variant of Leapfrog . . . "Headers" looks like a football (soccer) drill. . . the other games are as unknown to me as four-square or tetherball might be to a British kid.
