This is a really enjoyable collection of the Sunday comics for Boots and Her Buddies. This covers the year 1937, and a lot of the humor holds up well. I love the art work and getting to see the fashions of the late 1930's. As in Dick Tracy, these Sunday comics have an insert called Bootkins. It is a quick joke (with the characters as little kids) or a cut out doll with clothes. The one thing that doesn't hold up is the racist use of a black maid. All in all this collection is a fun read!
