Thanks for posting these strips. I had hitherto only heard of the "Show Girl" incarnation of "Dixie Dugan." The story is so-so but the artwork is terrific. I've always liked McEvoy's art, but the extra glamor and deco-inspired linework make these early episodes seper nice. It doesn't hurt that Dixie looks even more like Louise Brooks than she did later!
