Need To Find Publisher of a US GA "Alice In Wonderland" Comic Book

I have a scan of the cover of a GA end of 1930s or early 1940s US comic book titled "Alice In Wonderland", but containing a comic book style printing of both that story, and also "Through The Looking Glass".  I want to obtain scans of all the pages.  But, I don't know the publishers' name, to see if CB+ has it.  I can't imagine it not being in The PD.

Thank you.  Unfortunately, we don't have that book, and neither does DCM.  The artwork is very good.  I hope someone will upload it in the near future.
