So does anyone know more about the artist on "The Strangler", who is simply listed as "Carter"? I must say I love the style of the work.

The original story was printed in Murder Incorporated #3 (Fox) under the title Joseph Medley: Lady Killer, and was reprinted in Shock Detective Cases #10 (Star) as The Strangler.

Nick Caputo at the GCD guessed Rudy Palais might be the penciler.
