Something went wrong with this upload, doubling the book and its number of pages. The resultant 2 front covers exceeded the cover size limit, so not even one cover is showing. This book (upload) should be removed, and I will submit a new upload file, adding the missing inside back cover page, and replacing the cropped inside front cover gag with the complete page. Clearly, my MAC software doesn't work with CB+'s upload software. I had Paw upload this previously. When my new, finally complete book file is uploaded, not only this should be removed, but also the earlier one, uploaded by Paw should be removed as well.
