The penciller of 'Tarrano Strikes (8 pages)' is definitely Infantino.
Joe Kubert's wife was Muriel and none of his children were named Sue.
Neither the cover or page 2 don't really look like Kubert'd work.
The penciled image on the cover could be Infantino.
Both the cover and page 2 look like the penciller and the inker were two different people. The signature is likely a composite of both inker and penciller.
I doubt Joe Kubert had much to do with this book at all.
