[Drusilla lives!]

For those of you here who occasionally visit the CBR and Bleeding Cool websites, I was just wondering, has anyone else noticed that both sites seem to be down a lot lately... particularly with "server not responding" messages?

Anyone here read of any denial of service attacks on these sites?... Of course it could also be just internal problems like server upgrades and such... or my own internet connection.  But just thought I'd ask here if anyone has read/heard anything along those lines or have had similar experiences (with those two sites) recently.

More than like the issue is server maintenance or some such matter. I'd find it odd that anyone would launch DOS attacks on these two.

You're right boox, it's most likely just a server issue... but ya never know... I mean, does someone really need a good reason to launch such an attack?  And when I think about it, both sites could at times have content that might rub certain fringe groups the wrong way... and it seems it doesn't take much these days to do so really.

The strange thing is that I've recently noticed that both sites are down simultaneously... and for about the same amount of time... very weird.  And I don't think they're both owned and operated by the same person(s), or that they reside on the same server(s).

Oh well, just an odd coincidence I guess.
