Hello, I cannot find a complete Feature Comics 27. I am specifically looking for the Clock Story but it would be nice to have the whole issue.

Does anyone know where to find a complete issue or own one to upload? or is there a reason the full issue cannot be uploaded?

Oh man, this is a holy grail for some people. The whole issue has never been scanned. Obviously, people own it, but they are not in the scanning community. I do know some bid on one when it comes up, but it is $$$

First appearance of Doll-man, the first superpowered character from Quality, written by Will Eisner no less, I can see why its got that pricetag.
