Who do feel are the unsung artists whose comics you can find on this site.

Here's a few of my favorites.

H.G. Peters
Jack Cole
Al Avison
Bob Powell

All good artists, though Cole and Powell aren't exactly "unsung." Here are just a few I knew little or nothing about before joining CB+:

American artists:

Charles Quinlan
H.C. Kiefer
Al Walker
Joe Doolin
Chester Martin (Futura in Planet Comics)

British artists:

Mike Hubbard
Bill Lacey
Oliver Passingham
Septimus Scott
Ron Turner (well-sung in Britain but he was new to me)

Australian artists:

Hart Amos
Albert De Vine
Monty Wedd
Terry Trowell

...and so many more!

Unsung artists continued--

How could I forget Ray Willner, a hidden treasure? His work for the Buster Brown Shoe Company both alone and, especially, with Reed Crandall, was top notch. (The Buster Brown Comic Book and The Adventures of Robin Hood.)
