I uploaded Red Ryder Comics on 11-16-2012.  They were issues # 22, 23, 24, 25.
They were published in 1944 and 1945.  What is the status of these uploads?

I'm not an admin here, but they probably will not appear. Red Ryder copyright renewals started with issue 20, so only the first 19 are PD.

We sure appreciate the efforts to upload the books. Since only the first 19 are PD that is all we can carry.

Yeah, JT, sorry but we can't use those issues because of the copyright renewals.

This is a good time to remind everyone about Jon's tutorial on how to check copyright status of a comic book.

You can save yourself a lot of scanning and uploading time by checking out the copyright status first.  If the comic is not PD we can't carry it here.
